29年度宅配再開のお知らせ
2017 Delivery announcement
5月31日(水)・6月3日(土)より、野菜ボックスの宅配を再開します。今年度もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
お届けをご希望される方は、「To Order」ページでのご記入をお願いいたします。
（これまでご購入いただいていたお客様も、ご記入をお願いいたします）
また、いくつかお知らせがございますので、以下ご確認下さい。
１）ボックスサイズの統一
都合により、今年度は「大ボックス(8～10品目)」のみの販売となります。小ボックスをご利用されていたお客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
２）複数注文割引き
ご近所のご友人や、ご家族の方などと共同でご注文いただくことにより、配送料の割引きが可能になります。例えば、同じ住所に2箱（3箱）ご注文いただける場合は、通常2,800円/箱のところ、2,500円/箱にさせていただきます。どうぞご利用ください。
３）メールでのお知らせ
今年度より、宅配便のお届け前日、ヤマト運輸からお客様宛に、お届け予定のお知らせメールが送信されます。配送状況の確認や受け取り日時の変更などが簡単にできるようになります。メールは、ご注文時にご登録いただくメールアドレスに、送信されます。宛先の変更をご希望の方はお知らせください。
４）毎週ご購入のお客様へのサービス
宅配便開始初日（5/31(水)または6/3(土)）から、毎週ご購入いただけるお客様へのサービスとして、以下の回を無料でお送りいたします。
水曜日のお客様 ・・・ 8/30 及び 11/29 の2回
土曜日のお客様 ・・・ 7/29 及び 9/30 の2回
５）配送料値上げの可能性
ヤマト運輸が今秋に配送料の一斉値上げを行うことを発表しました。当農園との契約料金についてどの程度の変更があるのかはまだ明確に示されていませんが、シーズン途中での値上げの可能性があり得ることをお含みおき下さい。

Our delivery starts Wednesday May 31 & Saturday June 3rd.
A few changes have been made and major changes are:
1) There will be NO SMALL box starting this season.
SORRY!! But it has become difficult for us to manage two box sizes so we decided to drop small box for now. We may have it back in the future. We sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
2) Group deliveries
You can save a little bit of delivery fee by grouping orders with your friends and neighbors.
You can pay altogether or pay individually. If you choose to pay individually, we need each person's name and his/her e-mail address to which we can send our monthly PayPal
invoice.
3) Delivery notification message
Starting this season, a delivery notification message will be e-mailed to you from the delivery company once your box is picked up from our farm. It will be sent to your e-mail
address on your order form. This e-mail will contain a 12 digit tracking number with which you can make delivery changes online or by calling the delivery company's help desk.
4) free box on the 5th Wednesday and Saturday
You can receive this free box only if you order from the beginning of the season (i.e. Wednesday May 31 or Saturday June 3rd). Season 2017's free box deliveries are on the
following dates:
Wednesday: August 30th & November 29th
Saturday: July 29th & September 30th
5) Possible price increase
Delivery company we use to send our produce boxes, Yamato Transport Co., has decided to raise its base shipping fees. As of now, we do not know if our contract will be
affected. Please note that we may have to increase our prices in the middle of the season to compensate the delivery rate hike.
