PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING about our farm box delivery service before filling out the "Order Form" above.
If you live on military housing, please note the following:
1) Delivery time option may not be available for certain military bases such as Atsugi and Ikego. Most of our Atsugi/Ikego base customers receive their farm boxes in the late morning/early afternoon. Yokosuka is usually good with delivery time except between 4-6 pm.
2) You must be reachable by phone (no Japanese phone number, no delivery). The delivery person must speak with you.
3) Depending on the base, door to door delivery may not be available. You may have to receive your box at the main gate.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
best of seasonal vegetables that are available at the time and key staples such as potatoes and onions. We update weekly farm box photos (1 portion size) on our Facebook page every Monday so you can check what vegetables you will get before you actually receive your box.

For subscription orders, we ask you to pay a deposit. Once we receive your order form, we will e-mail you an invoice for the deposit. Please pay your deposit within 1 week upon receiving the invoice or by the date written on the invoice. Your order is not complete until we can confirm your payment and it will be automatically cancelled otherwise. Your deposit will be used for November and December deliveries. Between June and October, you will receive a monthly invoice. We will settle any balance at the end of the season and pay you back via PayPal, bank transfer, or genkin kakitome: please be sure to have 1) a PayPal account to which we can send a refund, 2) a Japanese bank account to which we can bank transfer, or 3) a mail address in Japan to which we can mail cash. If you terminate your subscription mid-season, we will use the deposit for any unpaid deliveries and return to you the remaining balance.
The amount for deposit payment -
weekly orders 18,000 yen (6 deliveries); every other week orders 9,000 yen (3 deliveries) ; once a month orders 6,000 yen (2 deliveries)
one time order - 3,300 yen per box
Please note the following for all orders:
*The above prices include delivery (including refrigerated delivery during warm months).
*Weekly subscribers from the BEGINNING of the season will get their 5th week produce for FREE ONCE during the season We will charge delivery fee of 1,000 yen (for a single share). The produce in the box will be free of charge. Dates are indicated on the Calendar.
*Additional delivery fee for deliveries to the following regions: Chugoku+200, Kansai+150, Tohoku+100, Chubu+50
*No deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, Shikoku or Kyushu regions
PAYMENT METHOD - You can choose from the following options
PayPal : we will e-mail you an invoice at the end of each month via PayPal. We ask for an additional 5% processing fee.
bank deposit : our bank account details will be included in the delivery box. Please bear bank deposit fee.
collect on delivery : cash only, additional 300 yen per delivery. For collect-on-delivery, you cannot choose another payment method once your box has been collected from our farm.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Monthly by the 10th day of the following month, except for collect on delivery payment method
Kuroneko Yamato (Black Cat) delivery company. A delivery notification with a tracking number will be e-mailed to you by the delivery company once the product is picked up from our farm. Please DO NOT reply to to delivery notification e-mails - we cannot read them.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept returns. However, if the goods are damaged, please notify us. For suspension or account termination, please e-mail us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. You will not be billed for any cancelled shipment, as long as you notify us in a timely manner. Please do not send us Facebook messages for account related matters.
Although we will do our best, due to various difficult circumstances, you may not receive exactly the same items as the weekly farm photo.
