HOW IT WORKS

Please order at least 2 days before the delivery date. Your order is not complete until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
June - February (tentative)
delivery in January and February will be about once a month
|Box content||best of seasonal vegetables that are available at the time and key staples such as potatoes and carrots|
1) scheduled orders
small box (4-6 items)：1,800 yen
large box (8-10 items)：2,800 yen
2) one time orders
small box (4-6 items)： 2,000 yen
large box (8-10 items)：3,000 yen
The above prices include delivery (including refrigerated delivery during warm months).
Those who order EVERY WEEK box (large or small) will get their 5th week delivery for FREE, when there is a 5th Wednesday or Saturday in one month.
We charge an additional fee for deliveries to the following regions:
Okinawa 1,000 Yen, Hokkaido&Kyushu 500Yen, Shikoku&Chugoku 300 Yen
||1) Please bear bank transfer fee at your expense. 2) If paying by credit card, 5% processing fee will be charged.|
|Payment||1) bank transfer We enclose our invoice with our bank account information in the delivery box. 2) credit card We will e-mail you an invoice at the end of the month via Paypal. 3) cash on delivery (additional 300 yen per delivery) Kuroneko Yamato delivery man will collect cash. Once the parcel is collected from our farm, the payment method cannot be changed.|
|Lump sum payment||
If you prefer monthly payment, please let us know via order form "message" or via e-mail. We also accept advance payment.
|Term of payment||
Within 10 days following the receipt of your box
10th of the following month for monthly payment

|Return & Cancellation||We do not accept returns. However, if the goods are damaged due to transportation problems, please notify us. For cancellation, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.|
NB:Due to unusual circumstances such as extremely bad weather, we may not be able to make deliveries as scheduled.
